HOW DO I START THE RETURN PROCESS?

Contact us with your name and order number. Please give us details on why you would like to return the item. We will guide you step-by-step through the return process. If your items are damaged on arrival, please take pictures and let us know within 3 days.

    WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

    You may return any clothing, shoes, or accessories 15 days of receipt of your shipment. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with the packaging and tags in tact. 

      WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

      Personalized items may not be returned.

       

      WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES

      If you would like to exchange an item for any reason, please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

       

      ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

      You must ship the package back at your expense, we recommend purchasing a tracking number for your return package.

        HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

        Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you by email that we  within 10 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
