Order Changes and Cancelation
Due to our fast processing and shipping times, most orders cannot be canceled or changed. However, please contact us, and if your item has not entered the shipping process, we will do our best to accommodate you.
If an non-clearance item you ordered goes on sale within 7 days of your order, you can receive an adjustment in price for that item in store credit. You must contact customer service within 7 days of your order to be eligible. Clearance items are NOT eligible for price adjustments.
Returns & Warranty
If you received your item in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us using the "Contact Us" link for instructions, as most warranty work is handled directly by the manufacturers. In addition, many items carry a warranty past our 90 day exchange period, so if you have an issue, please contact us.
